At least Odo and the guards could subdue the man. Odo then dragged him to his cell and finished searching him thouroughly. Once he made sure the man had nothing (left) on him, he freed his arms, left the cell and closed it on the man.

"You will stay here until I have a good explanation of why you were wandering around with weapons. After that, I'll see." Odo scoffs.
